Photographs of the Hays family along with a letter received by Mr. Hays while acting as cashier of the First National Bank of Meeteetse warning of a possible robbery attempt by the 'Hole In the Wall Gang'.

Wilson Dean Hays (1868 or 1874 - 1910s) , Born in Virginia, W. Dean Hays married Orra Pinrod in 1893. The couple had two children, Blandine anjd Margret. He worked as a bank cashier in Red Lodge, Montana, as well as Meeteetse, Wyoming, before moving to Tenino, Washington. In Washington state Hays went on to become Vice President of the State Bank of Tenino, as well as a member of the Washington State House of Representatives in 1913.
